This policy explains our personal data lifecycle practices under the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 of India and applicable international guidelines.

We collect personal and professional information strictly necessary to provide recruitment, staffing, and advisory services:

  • Candidate Records: Full name, contact details, email address, curriculum vitae (CV/resume), educational credentials, employment history, compensation details, and reference checks.
  • Client Contacts: Corporate name, designated hiring manager contact information, job mandate descriptions, and billing details.
  • Automated Data: IP addresses, browser types, and referral URLs collected via secure access logs for defense and performance metrics.

3. Use of Personal Information

Your data is processed solely for matching candidates with employer mandates, verifying qualifications, delivering payroll advisory, and fulfilling statutory compliance requirements. We never sell, rent, or trade candidate or client information to third-party commercial data brokers.

4. Data Retention & Security

All candidate resumes, communications, and database records are stored in encrypted cloud facilities with role-based administrative access controls. Data is retained for as long as active recruitment consideration is ongoing or as required by Indian labor laws, after which it is securely anonymized or permanently deleted.

5. Candidate Data Rights

Under the DPDP Act 2023, you hold the right to access, rectify, or request the erasure of your personal records from our talent pool at any time. Simply send an email to privacy@zhelhireservices.com with the subject "Data Rights Request".
