Terms of Service & Engagement Mandates

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, requesting staffing proposals, or submitting candidate applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and any separate commercial master service agreement (MSA) executed between Zhelhire Consultancy Pvt Ltd and your organization.

2. Recruitment & Placement Services

Zhelhire acts as an independent talent acquisition and recruitment consultancy. While we execute thorough 3-tier pre-screening and reference verifications, the client company retains ultimate discretion and responsibility for hiring decisions, onboarding, and statutory employment contracts.

3. Candidate Representations

Candidates submitting profiles warrant that all educational credentials, employment histories, and compensation statements provided on CVs or portal forms are truthful, accurate, and verifiable. Misrepresentation grounds immediate disqualification from all active and future Zhelhire search mandates.

4. 90-Day Placement Guarantee

Under our standard permanent recruitment terms, if a placed candidate resigns or is terminated for cause within 90 calendar days of joining, Zhelhire provides a complimentary one-time replacement search without additional placement commission, subject to timely invoice settlement within stipulated credit terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All brand trademarks, trade dress, website copy, SVG assets, and software code on this portal are the intellectual property of Zhelhire Consultancy Pvt Ltd. Reproduction or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

6. Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute or arbitration arising hereunder shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
